Kouzon Corporation specializes in working with young people across Macedonia and other Balkan and Eastern European countries, aiming to create a better future for the younger generation.
Since our founding in 1997, we have evolved through various stages of development, becoming leaders in the student and youth sector, employment in tourism and shipping, and creators of new educational and sports programs. Inspired by competition, we strive to maintain the highest level of organization, following the guidance of our mentors from the USA.
Our wide range of programs includes the Work and Travel initiative, foreign language learning, university studies, and fun-educational sports camps. These services aim to improve students’ personal qualifications and foster motivated young people aligned with Western European standards.
Kouzon was the first agency in Macedonia to offer global employment, starting in Dubai in 1997, and continues to create jobs, even in industries like shipping, despite Macedonia lacking a coastline. Our programs are carefully designed to equip young people with practical skills and experiences, giving them a competitive edge in the global job market.
In addition to employment opportunities, Kouzon also actively supports educational growth. We partner with renowned universities and organizations to provide students with access to world-class academic programs and exchange opportunities. Through these efforts, we help young individuals broaden their horizons and achieve their full potential in both their professional and academic lives.
Our network of offices across Europe, Africa, and the Americas is the largest in the Balkans, supported by over 40 employees and 50 collaborators. We also provide training to prepare applicants for work and life abroad, helping them adapt to new environments and improve their work qualifications.
Kouzon is the only student agency in Macedonia that is a member of international student associations and represents major global student events. We welcome any initiatives for collaboration from young people and students, helping them take steps toward a brighter future.
